At The Quirky Girls Club, we want you to love your purchase. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Before returning an item, please contact us at support@thequirkygirlsclub.com, with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Nonreturnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Earrings or other pierced jewelry
Stickers that have been removed from their backing or packaging
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging
Sale items are returnable only when the product listing does not state “Final Sale.”
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your customer-service email address].
Include:
Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. The Quirky Girls Club will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when the mistake was ours or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Minor variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur because of screen settings or the handmade or small-batch nature of certain products. These minor variations are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for returns based on preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The Quirky Girls Club is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
Refunds
We will inspect your return after it is received. We will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for merchandise that does not meet the return requirements described in this policy.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory may be limited. To request a different item, color, or size, please contact us. When appropriate, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. Contact us as soon as possible at [your customer-service email address].
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once an order has begun processing. Personalized or customized orders may not be canceled after production has started.
Packages Marked as Delivered
The Quirky Girls Club is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. Please check with household members, neighbors, your property manager, and the shipping carrier.
We will assist with available tracking information or a carrier claim when possible.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery may be refunded for the merchandise after it is returned to us. Original shipping charges and any return fees may be deducted from the refund.
